BLI: Loaded Recombinant Mouse PVR (C-6His) (Cat#orb2992802) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human TIGIT (C-Fc) (Cat#orb2994151) with an affinity constant of 17.6 nM as determined in BLI assay. (Regularly tested) Loaded Human PVR-His (Cat#orb2993514) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Human TIGIT-Fc (Cat#orb2994151) with an affinity constant of 8.58 nM as determined in BLI assay.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
