TLK117 is a small molecule inhibitor of glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) used to investigate idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) . Research demonstrates its application in both in vitro assays and in vivo animal models, where it has been shown to attenuate the progression of pulmonary fibrosis.
