LH2 peptide

The LH2 peptide is a pH-responsive, dimeric cell-penetrating peptide (sequence: LHHLCHLLHHLCHLAG) that enhances tumor cell uptake in acidic microenvironments via histidine protonation. Its conjugate, PTX-LH2, shows improved tumor inhibition over paclitaxel alone in subcutaneous breast cancer models, demonstrating its utility as a delivery vector for anticancer research in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
