VAMP
VAMP is a tetrapeptide competitive DPP-IV inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.00 μM and a Kd of 6.89 μM. It is used in type 2 diabetes research to study the DPP-IV-GLP-1 axis in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo metabolic studies.
