Pep1-DNP conjugate 9
Pep1-DNP conjugate 9 is a bifunctional molecule combining a DNP hapten with an FGFR1-targeting peptide (KD = 5.01 μM) . It enables antibody recruitment to FGFR1-positive cells, inhibits FGF2-driven proliferation in vitro, and demonstrates in vivo antitumor activity by inducing apoptosis in mouse models.
