D-CopA3
D-CopA3 is a small molecule MDM2 inhibitor that activates p53, inducing cytotoxic autophagy in colorectal cancer cell lines (IC50 15-18 μM) and downregulating p21. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory and mucosal-protective effects in mouse models of enteritis and colitis, and demonstrates in vivo antitumor activity in HCT-116 xenografts.
