BX-513 hydrochloride (VUF 2274 hydrochloride) is a novel inverse agonists acting on human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) -encoded receptor US28 with the IC50 of 4.9 μM. BX-513 hydrochloride can be used for study of viral infection[1].
