MN551 is a potent inhibitor of cysteine-directed electrophilic covalent that plays important roles in the biology of SOCS2 and its CRL5 complex, and as E3 ligase handles in proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTACs) to induce targeted protein degradation[1].
