Recombinant Rat CINC-2 Beta/CXCL3 protein
Product Specifications
Background
CXCL3 is belonging to the CXC chemokine family, which is also known as CINC-2 in rat, DCIP-1 in Mouse, and GROγ in humans. The functional receptor for CXCL3 has been identified as CXCR2. Similar to other GRO proteins, CXCL3 is potent neutrophil attractants and activators. This chemokine were originally purified from the conditioned medium of rat granulation tissue. In rat, CINC-2 has two isoforms, known as CXCL3α/CINC-2α and CXCL3β/CINC-2β. CXCL3α differs from CXCL3β as DKSS to PSL (98-101) at carboxy-terminal residues.
