Anti-Hu CD127 Alexa Fluor® 647
CD127, a 60-90 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein, serves as the alpha subunit of the IL-7 receptor. It heterodimerizes with CD132, which is the common interleukin receptor gamma chain. CD127-mediated signaling promotes cell survival and is essential for lymphocyte development, including V (D) J recombination. Defects in CD127 can cause severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) . It is expressed in common lymphoid progenitors, B and T cell precursors (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), and mature T cell subpopulations. Majority of CD127-CD4+ T cells are Treg cells.
