Applications

ActiveMax® Human DLL1 μBeads, premium grade (for cells, 20 μm) activate Notch signaling in hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) through DLL1 ligand-receptor engagement. It mimics DLL1+ thymic epithelial cells by presenting membrane-bound DLL1 ectodomains, driving T-lineage commitment via Notch-mediated transcriptional activation. It enables in vitro T cell differentiation from iPSC-derived sources, including the progression: CD34+ HSPCs → progenitor T cells → functional TCRαβ+ T cells. With standardized biochemical properties ensuring batch consistency, it provides both a research model for T cell development and a scalable platform for producing engineered T cell therapies from renewable stem cell sources.

Stability

This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20˚C for 12 months in lyophilized state. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution. Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.
