Anti-c-Myc tag, HRP conjugated (clone 9E10)

c-Mycis derived from Myc proto-oncogene protein. The c-Myc protein is a transcription factor (nuclear localization). c-Myc is commonly activated in a variety of tumor cells and plays an important role in cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and cell cycle progression. A short peptide was used as an epitope tag, that is easily recognized by tag specific antibodies. This is a universal detection reagent which will allow detection of any c-Myc tag containing protein.

Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
