Expected MW of human Fc fragment is 26 kDa. On SDS-PAGE performed in reduced conditions it migrates below 31 kDa.Donor serum was tested by approved methods and found negative for antibodies to HIV 1/2, HCV, HBsAg, HIV-1 RNA, HCV and HBc.
