Background
Donkey anti-sheep IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugatedis a secondary antibody which binds to sheep IgGs in immunological assays. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are affinity purified using solid phase sheep IgG.
