Anti-hScrib | Protein LAP4
Product Specifications
Background
Scribble human homologue, hScrib, is a substrate of ubiquitin-mediated degradation by human papillomavirus E6 and the E6AP ubiquitin-protein ligase. hScrib is localised to the basolateral regions of the epithelial cell line MDCK. The mammalian homolog of Scribble has a primary structure and subcellular localization similar to that of its fly homolog, but its function remains unknown. hScrib can have a potential role in the suppression of mammalian tumorigenesis. Alternative name: Protein LAP4
