Background

Thyroglobulin (TG) is a 330 kDa glycoprotein synthesized by thyroid follicles and expressed in normal thyroid follicular epithelium and glia, thyroid follicular adenoma, thyroid follicular carcinoma and papillary carcinoma. Thyroglobulin (TG) Monoclonal antibody has high tissue specificity and is mainly used in the study of various types of primary and metastatic thyroid follicular epithelial carcinoma. It is a specific marker of normal thyroid tissue and benign and malignant thyroid tumors.
