CBX-12 is an Exatecan-based peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) that utilizes a pH-sensitive pHLIP for antigen-independent tumor targeting and an auto-cleavable linker for payload release. It demonstrates antitumor activity in research models by inhibiting topoisomerase I (TOP1) in cancer cells, applicable for in vitro and in vivo oncology studies.
