DN59

DN59 is a 33-amino acid peptide derived from the dengue virus type 2 E protein stem region. It acts as a broad-spectrum flavivirus inhibitor (IC50 2-5 μM) by directly disrupting viral particles, leading to genomic RNA release. This mechanism supports its application in both in vitro antiviral assays and in vivo model studies for dengue and related flaviviruses.
