PhAc-ALGP-Dox is a peptide-drug conjugate prodrug with antitumor activity. It demonstrates cytotoxic effects in vitro against a panel of cancer cell lines, including triple-negative breast cancer and colorectal cancer models, with IC50 values ranging from 311 nM to 34.25 μM.
