VGB3
VGB3 is a peptide antagonist targeting VEGFR1 and VEGFR2, blocking VEGF-induced angiogenesis. It inhibits endothelial cell proliferation and migration in vitro and suppresses tumor growth and metastasis in vivo, as demonstrated in murine 4T1 breast cancer models.
