PKHB1
PKHB1 is a thrombospondin-1 mimetic peptide that triggers immunogenic cell death in breast cancer cells via mitochondrial dysfunction, ROS production, and calcium-dependent cytotoxicity. Its application in research includes studying antitumor mechanisms and immune activation in both in vitro and in vivo oncology models.
