PGD97

PGD97 is a potent, selective cyclic peptide inhibitor of the CAL-CFTR interaction (KD = 6 nM) with >130-fold selectivity over NHERF1/2. It stabilizes F508del-CFTR at the plasma membrane, enhancing channel function in cystic fibrosis research models, applicable for in vitro and ex vivo mechanistic studies.
