IP3RCYT
IP3RCYT is a cell-permeable inhibitory peptide targeting the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R) with an IC50 of ~100 nM. It blocks cytochrome c binding to suppress pro-apoptotic calcium signaling, demonstrating anti-apoptotic effects in vitro in HeLa and Jurkat cells treated with staurosporine or FasL.
