CTP-amiodarone

CTP-amiodarone is a cell-penetrating, myocardial-targeting conjugate of the antiarrhythmic drug Amiodarone. It exerts its effects by blocking cardiac Na+, K+, and Ca2+ ion channels as well as β-adrenergic receptors, making it a useful research tool for studying arrhythmia mechanisms in both cellular and animal models.
