Anti-UNCX Antibody (C-term)

Myosins are actin-based motor molecules with ATPase activity. Unconventional myosins serve in intracellular movements. Their highly divergent tails are presumed to bind to membranous compartments, which would be moved relative to actin filaments (By similarity) .

This UNCX antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 382-410 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human UNCX.

Transcription factor involved in somitogenesis and neurogenesis. Required for the maintenance and differentiation of particular elements of the axial skeleton. May act upstream of PAX9. Plays a role in controlling the development of connections of hypothalamic neurons to pituitary elements, allowing central neurons to reach the peripheral blood circulation and to deliver hormones for control of peripheral functions (By similarity) .
