HIV-gp120- Fragment (308-331)
This peptide derived from the V3 loop of HIV IIIB gp120 completely blocks the fusion inhibition activity of antisera to recombinant human HIV proteins. NNTRKSIRIQRGPGRAFVTIGKIG also inhibits the infection of primary human T cells by HIV-1 IIIB, as well as syncytium formation.
