Selective peptide agonist at formyl peptide receptors (FPRL) . Binds to and stimulates FPRL family members 1, 2 (EC50 = 2 and 80 nM, respectively) . Potent activator of neutrophils. Stimulates the formation of inositol phosphates in lymphocyte cell lines via phospholipase C. Active in vitro.
