BPDEtide
BPDEtide is derived from bovine lung cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase. It is proven to be a selective substrate for PKG (Km = 68 μM) relative to PKA (Km = 320 μM) . It is not phosphorylated by PKC or by CaM kinase II.
