Anti-OAT1/SLC22A6 Antibody Picoband®, APC Conjugate

The organic anion transporter 1 (OAT1) also known as solute carrier family 22 member 6 (SLC22A6) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SLC22A6 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the sodium-dependent transport and excretion of organic anions, some of which are potentially toxic. The encoded protein is an integral membrane protein and may be localized to the basolateral membrane. Four transcript variants encoding four different isoforms have been found for this gene.

E.coli-derived human OAT1/SLC22A6 recombinant protein (Position: R286-L563). Human SLC22A6 shares 82% and 83.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat SLC22A6, respectively.

At -20℃ for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4℃ for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20℃ for six months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
