Wasabi Receptor Toxin TFA (WaTx TFA) is a cell-permeable scorpion toxin and potent nanomolar activator of the TRPA1 ion channel. It prolongs channel opening, reduces Ca2+ permeability, and is used in pain research to model thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical allodynia in vivo without inducing neurogenic inflammation.
