Anti-MYLK3 Antibody Picoband®, APC Conjugate

Myosin light chain kinase 3 also known as MYLK3, is an enzyme which in humans is encoded by the MYLK3 gene. Phosphorylation of cardiac myosin heavy chains (see MYH7B, MIM 609928) and light chains (see MYL2, MIM 160781) by a kinase, such as MYLK3, potentiates the force and rate of cross-bridge recruitment in cardiac myocytes.

E.coli-derived human MYLK3 recombinant protein (Position: E34-K812). Human MYLK3 shares 68.8% and 66.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat MYLK3, respectively.

At -20℃ for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4℃ for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20℃ for six months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
