IMG-2005

IMG-2005 is a small molecule inhibitor that targets the TLR signaling pathway by mimicking the MyD88 TIR domain, thereby blocking MyD88 homodimerization. This mechanism protects tracheal epithelial cells and shows potential for research in pulmonary immune disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
