Anti-NOXA1 Antibody Picoband®, FITC Conjugate

NADPH oxidase activator 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NOXA1 gene. This gene encodes a protein which activates NADPH oxidases, enzymes which catalyze a reaction generating reactive oxygen species. The encoded protein contains four N-terminal tetratricopeptide domains and a C-terminal Src homology 3 domain. Interaction between the encoded protein and proteins in the oxidase regulatory complex occur via the tetratricopeptide domains. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

E.coli-derived human NOXA1 recombinant protein (Position: A38-Q434). Human NOXA1 shares 60.3% and 61% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NOXA1, respectively.

At -20℃ for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4℃ for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20℃ for six months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
