Pteroylhexaglutamate
Pteroylhexaglutamate (PteGlu6) inhibits the T2-phage-induced synthetase by 50% at 0.6 μM in the absence of Mg2+. Pteroylhexaglutamate is a substrate for pteroylpolyglutamate hydrolase, and can be used to monitor the activity of pteroylpolyglutamate hydrolase[1][2].
