Myhc-α (334–352)

Myhc-α (334–352) is an immunodominant peptide epitope derived from the myocardial myosin heavy chain. It is used to experimentally induce autoimmune myocarditis in A/J mouse models, facilitating research into the mechanisms of inflammatory heart disease and dilated cardiomyopathy.
