Noraramtide
Noraramtide (BHV-1100) is a CD38-targeting antibody recruiting molecule designed for cancer immunotherapy research. It directs natural killer (NK) cells to tumors via ADCC, enhancing tumor cell killing while preventing NK cell fratricide, as studied in vitro and in vivo for autologous therapeutic strategies.
