L144-PLP (139-151) is a T cell receptor (TCR) antagonist peptide that selectively suppresses the activation of pathogenic encephalitogenic Th1 clones. It is a key research tool for studying TCR signaling and autoimmune mechanisms, such as multiple sclerosis, in both in vitro T cell assays and in vivo experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) models.
