G209-2M is an eight-residue peptide fragment of the melanoma-associated antigen gp100. It is used in immunological research to stimulate and expand cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) with specificity for melanoma targets, applicable in both in vitro T-cell assays and in vivo vaccine studies.
