G7-18NATE is a peptide inhibitor of the Grb7-SH2 domain with micromolar binding affinity (K D = 18.1 μM) . It is a research tool used in vitro to study mechanisms of cancer cell proliferation, motility, and invasion, and to investigate Grb7 signaling pathways in oncology.
