KR-12 (human)

KR-12, a bioactive fragment of the human antimicrobial peptide LL-37, demonstrates potent in vitro antibacterial activity against Gram-negative pathogens such as E. coli K-12, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 66 μM.
