SMCY peptide

This peptide, an H-Y antigen epitope presented by HLA-B7, competitively inhibits binding of a standard peptide with an IC50 of 34 nM. It is a key tool for studying T-cell mediated immune responses, such as transplant rejection, in both in vitro binding assays and cellular immunology research.
