EPI-X4
EPI-X4 (hSA408–423) is a CXCR4 antagonist (IC50 = 8.6 μM) that blocks CXCL12 signaling, inhibiting cancer cell migration and invasion in vitro. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory activity in mouse models and antiviral effects against CXCR4-tropic HIV.
