A20FMDV2 is a highly selective αvβ6 integrin inhibitor derived from foot-and-mouth disease virus, with a 3 nM IC50 and >1000-fold selectivity over related integrins. Its suitability for radiolabeling enables PET imaging applications for detecting αvβ6-positive tumors in preclinical research.
