AStAx-35R
AStAx-35R is a stapled peptide antagonist of nuclear β-catenin that blocks its interaction with TCF4 to inhibit canonical Wnt signaling. It is used in vitro and in vivo to study Wnt pathway biology and selectively suppress the growth of Wnt-dependent cancer cell lines.
