CBP501 Affinity Peptide
CBP501 is a cell-permeable peptide and potent checkpoint kinase (Chk) inhibitor used in cancer research. It abrogates DNA damage-induced G2/M cell cycle arrest, sensitizing tumor cells to chemotherapeutic agents in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
