BmP02

BmP02 is a scorpion venom-derived small molecule that selectively blocks Kv1.3 channels and modulates Kv4.2 channels by delaying their inactivation. This compound, with an EC50 of ~850 nM for Kv4.2, inhibits transient outward potassium currents (Ito) in ventricular myocytes, making it a valuable tool for cardiac electrophysiology and ion channel research.
