Conopeptide rho-TIA

Rho-TIA, a conopeptide from Conus tulipa venom, is a selective α1-adrenergic receptor inhibitor with distinct mechanisms: it acts noncompetitively at the human α1B subtype and competitively at α1A and α1D subtypes.
