YFLLRNP is a PAR-1 selective partial agonist that preferentially stimulates the G12/13 pathway without activating Gq or Gi at low concentrations (e.g., 60 μM) . This peptide is a valuable tool for studying thrombin receptor signaling, platelet activation, and endothelial cell responses in vitro.
