GB-6 is a GRPR-targeting peptide probe for tumor imaging. When labeled with NIR dyes or 99mTc, it enables high-contrast visualization of GRPR-overexpressing cancers like pancreatic cancer in preclinical models, showing rapid tumor uptake and clear delineation in vivo.
