AC3-I, myristoylated
Myristoylated AC3-I is a cell-permeable, proteolysis-resistant peptide that specifically inhibits CaMKII activity. It is derived from Autocamtide-3 by substituting Thr-9 with Ala. This inhibitor is widely used in cardiovascular and neurological research to study CaMKII's role in cellular signaling in both in vitro and in vivo models.
